       帮助大家对钢管冷切锯管形规整化常识的了解:管形应由直线段和圆弧段所组成。要防止复合弯、那种过大的圆弧、恣意曲线以及大于180℃的圆弧等。这是由于:
       过大的圆弧不但使工装粗笨,而且遭到机床规范的约束。其实这种过大的圆弧,半径乃至大于发动机横截面的燃油总管,可以用近似于圆的多边形来代替。
       恣意曲线、复合弯,这种规划造型很不合理,阻挠了机械化、自动化的出产,使操作员不好脱节粗笨的体力劳动。其实恣意曲线、复合弯也可以在其管形走向不变的情况下,用其折线来代替。
       至于大于180℃的圆弧,在规划造型时应尽量防止。由于它使钢管冷切锯无法卸模。
       与此同时,两圆弧段之间的直线段不该小于管子外径的2-3B,因为要机弯顺利进行,夹模可以夹紧管子。
